Lee’s perceptiveness and belief in Jack’s ability to pass his test was the driving force behind Jack’s eventual success after several years of trying. The major hurdle in Jack’s case was overcoming the demands of the theory-test but Lee even went to the trouble of delivering online theory-lessons during the lock-downs, such was his determination and resilience. Our whole family is truly indebted to his unwavering professionalism, calmness and genuinely caring nature.
